Returns + Exchanges
At IPE, customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
Our collections are made in LA in limited runs of 100 or less.
When you buy IPE you are buying premium.
Our items are always made with the highest quality materials, with care and attention to detail. If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in any way, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided:
1. The item is unworn and in its original condition, and
2. The original Packing Slip / Invoice is included with the return.
Please note the order error or specific defects. Items must be securely packed, and packages must be shipped back to us using a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number. For your protection, items should be insured for their full value.
In any case, we kindly ask that you send us the tracking number and pre-alert of your return for exchange.
All sale items are final sale.
Online order exchanges: In all cases, once your item(s) has/have been received at our Warehouse, you will be issued a gift card for the value of the item(s) purchased. This is to be used towards the desired exchange, so that any pricing difference between items can be resolved during checkout. This ensures availability of products for exchanges and that shipping costs will be included with the transaction.
Only merchandise received by us can be processed for exchange.

If you are exchanging an item due to an error made by IPE Clothing, Inc. or a defect, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. Otherwise, return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
IPE Cloth does not issue refunds for goods sold, as our clothing is produced in extremely limited runs, so we kindly ask that you choose carefully.
We are, however, happy to exchange items.
